Supported Housing provides high-quality, affordable accommodation combined with tailored support and supervision, enabling vulnerable individuals to live as independently as possible within the community.

Northcrown works in close partnership with local authority housing teams and specialist supported housing charities to understand and respond to the needs of vulnerable and homeless individuals. Through our established infrastructure and dedicated, directly employed support staff, we deliver intensive housing management alongside a range of essential support services on behalf of our partners
