Specialist Supported Housing provides accommodation for individuals with a diverse range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions.

At Northcrown, we work in close partnership with local authorities, the Regulator of Social Housing, and commissioning bodies to design and deliver high-quality, tailored housing solutions.

Typically, Northcrown contracts with a Registered Provider (RP) and a CQC-registered care provider. Together, these partners deliver the specialist care packages and intensive housing management required to support each scheme effectively
